i had been 2 itanagar, arunachal pradesh capital and a district about 6 hrs., from itanagar called doimukhi.
superb it was as i was on an official assignment. the 10 day…almost 2 qweeks stay was memorable… but more on the simplicity and the charming life there in some other context.

there is such a reading library village in mahabaleshwar where i had been 2 last month…njoyed the strawberries in mahabaleshwar villages..
and

the famous basara temple near nizamabad of telangana about 2 hrs, drive from hyderabad.
this basara templwe is dedicated to goddess sarawati and is perhaps the only such temple in india with a famous vyaas gufa…cave where sage vyasa is supposed to have written the mahabharata on the banks of this basara river after taking the blessings of lordess saraswati. the temple is legendary with good improvements and people from the neighbouring border state of maharashtra… vidarbha region throng in huge numbers of aksharabyharsa of their children.
