Amazing architect. RANI KI Vav is equally interesting. I was little disponted to see the area arround Baori and its aproach. Govt. Should develop the area arround it. chand Baori is not well publicised. Many people in Jaipur has not herd about it.

I never thought of 7 layers, but I know there is always a Murti of Sheshashayee Vishnu, and my interpretation is that it is a re-creation of Ksheersagar.
