Yes, museums are literally free in India, but then they can do so much more with their documentation.

To be honest I haven’t seen that many great musuem in India, but then I haven’t visited the national museums in Delhi. However, I do appreciate the price of a museum trip in India, Europe is over priced if you consider that it’s suppose to be for the common good, the education of us all.

A lot of museums now have it Tushar and many are working on it. I think Audio Compass is engaged in doing this for not only museums but also monuments and destinations.
