यह जीवन क्या है
कुछ रेत के कण
दूर से देखो तो
एक चादर की तरह
सहज, सौम्य और सुलझा
पास जाकर देखो
तो कण ही कण

जिसने भी आकर छुआ
कुछ कन साथ ले गया
और अपने कुछ कण
मेरे पास छ्छो ड़ गया
अब मेरे पास हैं बस
इधर उधर से समेटे कण

अब स्वयं से मिलने को भी
इन कणों को हटाना पड़ता है

What is life
a few Sand Grains
Seen from a distance
like a sheet
easy, soft & sorted
Go close and all you see
is the grains and grains of sand

Anyone who touched me
took away some of my grains
and left some of theirs with me
Now, all that I have is grains
collected from here & there

To meet myself too
these grains have to be removed
